A clinician working in the field of pulmonary diseases, with extensive experience in both academic settings (13 years Senior Assistant at University Hospital for Lung Diseases) and business experience (14 years in national and international medico-marketing roles in the pharma industry). The last 6 years with an interest in social entrepreneurship – co-founder and Chairman of the Board of the Air for Health Association, as well as technological innovations – author of the first digital medicine course in Bulgaria at PMU, former medical director of the distance learning center at the Plovdiv Medical University and currently author and presenter of the course “Public Health for Non-Medics” at New Bulgarian University. Member of Parliament in the 45th, 46th and 47th, 48th and 49th National Assemblies. Chairman of the Health Commission at the National Assembly in the 45th and deputy. chairman of the commission in the 46th, 47th and 48th and 49th national assemblies.
