Dr. Andrey Kovatchev is member of the European Parliament’s Bureau – Questor and Head of the Bulgarian EPP Delegation. He is a full member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs (AFET) and a substitute member of the Committee on Budgetary Control (CONT). He is actively involved with the Cancer Intergroup in the European Parliament and the MEPs Against Cancer Interest Group.
