1. Hybrid conference BJCN-MORÉ 2024
National oncology conference BJCN-MORÉ 2024 is a traditional annual assembly of the Bulgarian Joint Cancer Network (BJCN), which is the official organizer of the event.
The conference is intended for surgeons, pathologists, molecular biologists, medical geneticists, medical oncologists, radiation therapists, nuclear physicians, radiologists, oncopsychologists, laboratory physicians, medical oncologists and all other medical professionals involved in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cholangiocarcinoma. Additionally, joint sessions of the assembly (see Agenda) are addressed to specialists in integrative oncology, public health and digital technologies in healthcare.
The conference is held in a hybrid format, including the possibility of physical participation in a conference center onsite and/or virtual participation through a virtual conference center. Physical participation also includes use of the virtual conference center.
You need a valid electronic or on-site registration for physical participation.
You need a valid electronic registration, good internet connection, computer or other device.
It will offer you a full physical/virtual experience and opportunity to participate in every aspect of the event, including:
– Access to physical/virtual conference rooms and all presentations, including their videos
– Participation in physical/online discussions
– Access to physical and virtual exhibition halls

The official opening, presentation of the nominees and presentation of the Crown of Courage award is from 17:00 on 17 October 2024 (see Agenda).
The virtual platform and all presentations (in the form of video recordings) will be available again from 28 October to 31 December 2024.
The presentations will be accessible in the BJCN Digital Hub only by visitors with a registered and activated account on the virtual platform of the conference.
2. Registration
REGISTRATION FEE FOR PHYSICAL PARTICIPATION
The fee includes physical and virtual access:
- Early bird – made and paid by 20 September 2024: 660 BGN (VAT included)
- Late registration – from 21 September 2024: 780 BGN (VAT included)

REGISTRATION FEE FOR VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION
The fee includes only virtual access:
- Registration fee: 180 BGN (VAT included)
Deadline for online registration: 18.30h by 19 October 2024
The registration fee includes physical and virtual participation with access to: physical and virtual conference rooms and all presentations from the scientific program and company symposia, physical and virtual company exhibitions, welcome cocktail (17 October), dinner (18 October), Gala dinner (19 October), lunch (October 18 and 19), coffee breaks, delegate kit, conference book, national evidence-based clinical guideline: Cholangiocarcinoma management.
Free parking is provided for participants with hotel accommodation.
Registration includes access to: the virtual conference room and all presentations from the scientific program and company symposia and the virtual company exhibition.
Electronic registration for participation in the hybrid conference is open. To register and get more information, click the Registration button.
The members of the Expert Board, who are not sponsored by other institutions, register, check in and receive a link and password for access personally from the conference administrators.
BJCN members who are not sponsored by other institutions register and receive a link and password for access personally from the conference administrators.
If you missed the advance electronic registration for physical participation (deadline October 11), you can do it on the spot – at the Registration Desk in the Conference Center International, which will be open from 07:00 on October 17, 2024.
A Participant pre-registered for virtual participation may register on-site for physical participation by paying the difference in registration fees.
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with additional information from registrations@bjcn.bg
You will receive an access password the day before the conference – October 16, 2024.

If you wish to cancel your registration, you can receive a 100% refund if you cancel by 24:00 on 20 September 2024. Any cancellation must be requested by the stated deadline via email to: office@bjcn.bg
In the event of an epidemic ban on the physical holding of the conference, the amount will be refunded 100%.
The bank transfer processing fee is non-refundable.
If you want to cancel your registration after September 20, 2024, the registration fee paid is non-refundable.
3. Accommodation
Check-in is the next step only after completed (paid)
registration for physical participation.
Accommodation options are Hotel International (five star)
and a second four-star hotel in KK Golden Sands, which is in the process of being specified:

Deadline for online booking: 11 October 2024.
On-site check-in could be done through the Registration Desk in the Conference Center after a (paid) registration fee and if rooms are available.
The price of hotel accommodation includes bed, breakfast, parking and free WI-FI in the rooms and all common areas of the hotel.
- The accommodation reservation is only valid after completing and sending the “Registration” form and paying the full amount.
- The accommodation reservation is valid for 3 working days, during which period its actual payment must be made. Failure to comply with this condition will automatically cancel the reservation without warning from the organizer.
If no information is received about the payment of the registration fee within 3 working days after an accommodation reservation has been made, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
- If you want to cancel your reservation, you can get a 100% refund if you cancel until 24:00 on 20 September 2024. Any cancellation must be requested by the specified deadline by email to: office@bjcn.bg
- If you want to cancel your reservation after September 20, 2024, the reservation fee paid is non-refundable.
- In the event of an epidemic ban on the physical holding of the conference, the amount will be refunded 100%.
- When canceling a reservation, the bank transfer processing fee is non-refundable.
4. Agenda and speakers

The conference organizing committee reserves the right to change the scientific program until October 11, 2024.
You will moderate/present via physical presence in the Impression Conference Hall, Hotel International, Golden Sands, which will also function as a studio for the virtual format of the conference.
In connection with your participation in the program, registration, transportation and accommodation, the organizers will contact you.

5. Certificate of participation in the conference
Your delegate certificate will be available on the closing day of the conference. You will receive a review link on your registration email and the certificate can be downloaded from there.

As an exhibitor/sponsor, you have the option of choosing two categories of exhibition halls/stands – physical and/or virtual, which are applied for, organized and paid for separately. You can choose an option for simultaneous participation with both types of exhibition stands (physical and virtual).
